All Coinhole® products are made and shipped straight from North Carolina!

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $60
  • All products are made to order and typically ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Once shipped, orders generally take 5-7 business days to arrive (depending on where you live).
  • We offer multiple carrier options: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selecting the best carrier for the fastest delivery.

You’ll receive an email with delivery details, including tracking information and order confirmation, as soon as your order ships.

Coinhole® Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hand-make each of our boards here in Lattimore, NC. We hope you enjoyed your Coinhole® experience, but if you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below. We really appreciate your support of our small business!

Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date for the following items:

  • Table Game Sets

  • Pocket Game Sets

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom Items

  • Coins

  • Bags

  • Accessories - Coasters, Scoreboards, etc. 

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at jackson@coinhole.com, with your order number, the name the order placed under and the reason for your return.

  2. Ensure that the item being returned is in its original condition and packaging. Please include images of the unopened item.

  3. Our team will evaluate your request and email back with a final decision. If/once approved, please ship the item back to the address provided by our team.

Important Details

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved.

  • Please Note: All returns must receive prior written approval before being shipped back to us. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund or return processing.
